- Cash at office visit (exact change preferred).
- Credit card at office visit. (Amex not accepted)
- Credit card online invoice payment (Square secure email invoice payment link, email subject line: Delia Weiss MD. Amex not accepted)
- Check at office visit (return check fee $50).
Patient responsibility amount remaining due determination, can take days to months for insurance processing. Insurance notices medical office and patient, of remaining patient responsibility amount due to medical office (if any); this balance is due to medical office upon notice from insurance.
Payment for patient responsibility balance due (if any, after insurance claim is processed) is accepted by:
- Credit card online invoice payment (via Square credit card processor email invoice payment link, subject line is Delia Weiss MD).
- Credit card payment by telephone to office 561-243-873.
- Check to Delia Weiss MD mailed to billing address:

Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we file in network insurance claims, based on the agreement that the patient pays any applicable remaining balance to medical office upon receipt of balance due notice to patient by medical office email invoice or insurance explanation of benefits patient responsibility notice. Balances left unpaid may be subject to late fees of 5% after 15 days, and 10% after 30 days.
We use Square secure credit card processing email invoices for convenience. We can also be reached by telephone to close any balance due 561-243-8783.
